IBERAFRICA POWER (EA) LTD is a Medium Speed Diesel Engine Power Plant located in Nairobi South for the Power Generation and Supply of Electricity to the Grid for use in households and industries in Kenya.

IBERAFRICA POWER (EA) LTD invites applications from suitably qualified students for attachment positions.

For consideration for industrial attachment, a candidate should meet the requirements as listed below: –

A) MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Duration of Attachment: 3 Months
Course of Study:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Plant Option
• Production
• Automotive

Level of Training:

• Diploma – 2nd Year
• Higher Diploma (HND) – 2nd Year
• Degree (Undergraduate) – 3 Year

B) ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

Duration of Attachment: 3 Months

Course of Study

• Electrical Engineering – Power
• Instrumentation & Controls Engineering
• Power

Level of Training

• Diploma – 2nd Year
• Higher Diploma (HND) – 2d Year

C) BUSINESS STUDIES & OTHERS

Duration of Attachment: 3 Months

Course of Study

• Finance
• Supplies Management
• Systems Management (QMS, EMS, OSH, Energy Management)

Level of Training

• Finance Degree: 3RD year & CPA PART 1 or Finance related course & CPA PART 2
• Degree in Humanities: Human Resources Management Option: 3RD year
• Degree in Humanities: Supplies Management Option: 3RP year
• Degree: BSC Environment, Energy Management, Safety & Health
• Diploma: Human Resources Management & Supplies Management (2nd year)
• Diploma: Environment, Energy and Safety and Health (2d year)
