Vacancy Description
Reporting to the operationally to the Hospital Manager and functionally to the IT & Data Manager this position is responsible for provision of IT technical support to users, training all users on system use, monitoring & ensuring network availability, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and carrying out maintenance of computers as planned. This position is open in Mombasa and Nakuru.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, A+ and N+ certification. CISCO or MCITP certification will be an added advantage. A minimum of 2 years cumulative experience in a busy environment.
Key Competencies:
Proficiency in IT skills, data analysis tools such as SPSS, STATA, Power BI, or Excel.
