Data Analyst – Graduate Trainee
Role Overview
Flamingo Horticulture Kenya Limited is seeking a recent graduate with a passion for data analysis and business intelligence to support data-driven decision making across the organisation. The role will involve collecting, analysing and presenting data from multiple departments to provide insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate data from departments including Production, Packhouse, Logistics, Finance, Sales and People Operations.
- Analyse operational and business data to identify trends and performance insights.
- Develop clear reports, dashboards and visualisations for management.
- Present findings in a simple and understandable way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the monitoring of key metrics such as production volumes, rejection rates customer demand patterns and workforce trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Must have graduated within the last two years.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Tools
- Power BI experience preferred (training may be provided).
