Job Description:
Sauti Contact Center, a dynamic customer care and customer support platform, is seeking talented individuals with a passion for writing and blogging. As an Online Writer and Blogger, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative content for our audience. Academic writing experience is a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit high-quality content for online articles, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with established style guides and meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
- Stay updated on industry trends, news, and relevant topics to produce timely and relevant content.
- Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online writing and blogging.
- Academic writing experience is a must.
- Strong research skills and the ability to produce original, engaging, and informative content.
- Excellent command of the English language and impeccable grammar.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
