Job Summary:
Manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain front office cleanliness and appearance
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document handling)
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- Graduate with 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
