Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in building and managing our digital workforce. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting & onboarding digital (BPO) talent
- Managing & supporting freelancers throughout their journey
- Ensuring quality control and performance tracking
- Handling payroll & administrative tasks
- Collaborating with teams to optimize operations
What Weโre Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in operations, HR, or talent management
- Strong command of written & verbal English
- Tech-savvy & analytical mindset
- Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Reliable, proactive & a great team player
- Kenyan citizen, living in Nairobi
