Vacancy Description
Shirika Deposit Taking SACCO Ltd is a national fast growing SACCO based in Nairobi with membership of over 10.000 members spread across Kenya and in the diaspora. The SACCO is regulated by the SACCO Societies Regulatory Authority(SASRA). In order to achieve the planned growth and strategic plan, the Society is looking for qualified and competent persons to fill the following vacancy
Position: Records Intern (One Year Non Renewable Contract)
Minimum Qualification:
a) Minimum of a diploma in Information Sciences/Records Management or its equivalent
b) Must have graduated with a first Degree (undergraduate) or Diploma from a recognized institution within the last 2 years from the date of the advertisement.
c) Must be available full time for the twelve months duration of the program.
d) Preferred applicants to be below 30 years in age
Duties and Responsibilities:
a) New Member Registration
b) Update of member’s information
c) Filing of all documents received in member files, record management and effective circulation of documents.
d) Re-shelving and File retrieval
e) Registration of other savings account
f) Any other duty as delegated from time
