Capacity Spring Africa on behalf of our esteemed client, Radio Care Center located in Eldoret for the positions of:
Procurement Assistant
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supplies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) will be an added advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in a hospital, healthcare facility, or NGO setting.
- Knowledge of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and hospital procurement processes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations in Kenya (e.g. Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act where applicable).
- Familiarity with inventory and supply chain software such as SAP, ERP systems, or hospital-specific inventory systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
