Data Analyst Specialist

Overall Purpose:

The job holder will be responsible for turning complex datasets into actionable insights that will enhance our trading strategies, optimize operations, andimprove customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of Diploma in Sales, Data Analysis or Marketing or a related field–from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 1 years experience in the trading sector
• Proven experience in indoor sales , Account Management or business development within the household market
• Strong data processing skills , including proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLookup, data visualization ) and experience with CRM Systems eg (Salesforce, Hubspot )
• Ability to prepare sales Reports & Market trend Analysis
• Must have good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and Negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
