Exact Experiential Ltd is seeking a bold, imaginative, and highly visual Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a passionate creative professional with a deep understanding of BTL (Below-the-Line) and experiential marketing campaigns- someone who can conceptualize and execute standout ideas that bring brands to life.

Key Responsibilities
1. Concept Development
• Interpret client briefs and translate them into original,
• compelling BTL campaign ideas
• Brainstorm and present fresh concepts that push creative boundaries
• Ensure alignment with brand identity, tone, and strategy
2. Visual Design & Brand Application
• Design high-impact materials such as banners, POS items, fleet branding, signage,
• stage setups, and merchandise
• Create mood boards, visual decks, and 2D/3D mockups for internal and client presentations
• Maintain high visual standards and brand consistency across all executions
3. Campaign Execution Support
• Liaise with production teams to ensure accurate design implementation
• Provide final artwork and print-ready files; support on-ground quality control
• Visit activation sites to oversee brand visuals and creative deployment
4. Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with the Managing Director, Client Service, and Strategy teams
• Participate in review sessions and client meetings
• Take and apply feedback constructively while maintaining creative vision
5. Innovation & Research
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and experiential formats
• Suggest new materials, formats, and design techniques to enhance audience engagement
• Benchmark creative work against global standards and best practices
Key Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 6 months of proven experience in a creative or design role within a BTL, experiential, or integrated marketing agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, campaign work, and real-world design execution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Added advantage: Experience in Sketch Up, Blender, After Effects, or motion/ 3D design sortware
• Familiarity with print production specs and large-format design
