Production Trainee

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a man-power management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Production Trainee to work in Nairobi, Kenya

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support daily operations and complete assigned tasks.
• Learn company policies, processes and procedures.
• Observe and apply knowledge from senior staff.
• Meet set goals and comply with company rules.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to develop technical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally.
