About the Role

Trufoods is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee – Customer Service. This opportunity offers a strong foundation in customer experience and relationship management, opening the door to a rewarding career in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Record and update customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Escalate complex concerns to senior team members when necessary.
• Process orders and respond to quotation requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Track customer performance by monitoring and evaluating sales purchase trends, with a focus on key categories and overall targets achievement.
• Contribute to team performance goals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
