The Role
We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator with a strong sales background to manage branch operations while driving student enrolments and client acquisition.
This is a highly sales-focused role (90% telesales) with targets, plus responsibility for day-to-day branch administration, community engagement, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk and admin tasks (reception, records, reporting, basic finance).
- Drive student enrolments and client sales via telesales and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build partnerships with schools and community organizations.
- Support HR and branch operations (attendance, scheduling, resources).
- Ensure excellent customer experience for students and clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ proven sales experience (telesales a must).
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Organized, accountable, and trustworthy.
- Experience in education or healthcare is an added advantage.
