OYE is a fast-growing company providing Innovative financial services, affordable Insurance solutions, and road safety awareness programs for boda boda riders across Kenya. We are committed to empowering riders through access to financial inclusion, safety, and dignity.

As we launch our new products and expand our presence across the country, we are recruiting energetic and motivated individuals to join our Sales & Activation Team.

Role Overview

The Sales & Activation Officer will be responsible for driving product awareness, conducting activations, engaging boda boda riders, and onboarding new customers to OYE’s financial and insurance solutions. This role involves direct interaction with riders at activation points, petrol stations, and community events.

Qualification & Skills

  1. Recent Graduate with a BSc/Diploma in Sales & Marketing (or related field).
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Confidence in engaging with customers in the field.
  4. Ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver on targets.
  5. Willingness to travel across Kenya for activations.
  6. High level of energy, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct product launches, activations, and roadshows across different towns in Kenya.
  • Educate boda boda riders on OYE’s financial services, Insurance cover, and road safety programs.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting riders into active customers.
  • Collect and record customer data accurately for onboarding.
  • Provide excellent customer expertence and support during activations.
  • Represent OYE in the community as a brand ambassador
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth execution of activation plans.
