This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations including handling calls, correspondence, and visitors professionally.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases for accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Support procurement processes by preparing requisitions, tracking orders, and managing supplier communication.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics (internal & external).
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Manage petty cash, track expenses, and support finance in reconciling office expenditures.
- Ensure office supplies and stationery are stocked and well organized.
- Provide general support to management and other departments as required.
