AIMS Education is a study abroad agency connecting potential students with overseas higher education institutes in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, among other destinations. We have a dedicated, experienced team that provides comprehensive support to both students and universities.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor Intern (Study Abroad Advisor) located in Westlands, Nairobi County, Kenya. The Student Counsellor Intern will assist students through the study abroad application process, offering guidance on educational and career counseling and the visa process. Daily tasks include providing counseling sessions, handling customer service inquiries, participating in marketing initiatives, and assisting with admission requirements for overseas institutions.
Qualifications
- Quick learner
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with students and educational institutes
- Strong interest in sales and marketing
- Basic IT and computer operation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
This is an entry-level position. Relevant experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided.
