ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client in corporate wellness is seeking a passionate & dedicated Fitness Instructor to support both virtual & physical fitness programs. The role involves working with multidisciplinary wellness professionals to deliver holistic wellness services to corporate and individual clients, while ensuring high-quality client engagement & program delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily virtual and physical fitness programs & ensure platforms & equipment are functional.
- Deliver engaging fitness classes, webinars & one-on-one coaching.
- Develop & share meaningful content to support client learning & retention.
- Create & manage structured training schedules & fitness programs.
- Support client acquisition &retention, driving growth through marketing & engagement.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally.
- Maintain updated certifications & participate in wellness events & inter-corporate activities.
- Prepare reports, assessments & fitness team documentation on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Sports Science, Exercise Science, or related field.
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (mandatory).
- Additional certifications (e.g., yoga, Pilates, HIIT) preferred.
- CPR & First Aid certification (mandatory)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Fitness Instructor.
- Strong communication, organizational & interpersonal skills.
