About the program:
Our one-year GRASP program is designed to nurture Kenya’s top young talent, giving them hands-on experience, continuous learning, and exposure in a dynamic FMCG environment.
- Research & Development (R&D) Graduate Trainee:
Dive into product formulation, testing, and innovation as you bring ideas to life alongside industry experts. - Human Resources (HR) Graduate Trainee:
Gain practical exposure in recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement; driving people growth from within.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Human Resource or a related field
- 0 – 2 years of experience
- The drive to learn and grow
