Vacancy Description
Nexus Staffing Solutions client is seeking to engage a highly motivated and professional Human Resource Intern to join their team for a six-month internship program. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate or Finalist in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a strong passion for people management, organizational excellence, and ethical HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and record management.
- Support in employee relations, welfare management, and performance monitoring.
- Help maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and leave records.
- Participate in drafting HR correspondences, memos, and internal communications.
- Support in training coordination and other administrative HR functions.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate or Finalist in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Keen attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
