We are recruiting for call center agents with work experience preferably in Microfinance.
Position Title-Call Center Agent
Department Customer service/Operations

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years work experience is desirable.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service by handling outbound calls, supporting loans application, collection follow ups, customer inquiries and ensuring hight customer satisfaction while supporting business growth in a Microfinance environment growth.
