Reports to: Team Lead Collections
Job Purpose
Drive collections on current & overdue loans through direct customer contact. Negotiate repayment plans, ensure timely payments & uphold company policy.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Handle inquiries & resolve complaints
- Provide product & account info
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Collections:
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Negotiate & secure payments
- Maintain collection records
- Prepare call & activity reports
