About Company
We are hiring enthusiastic Call Centre / Telesales Agents to handle inbound customer inquiries (order tracking, support, and issue resolution) and outbound sales calls to promote our fulfilment and logistics services to eCommerce businesses.
Key Duties:
- Manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
- Generate leads, pitch services, and close sales
- Meet targets and update records
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English essential; Swahili)
- Persuasive, target-driven, and resilient
