Job Summary

As a Zoho Fresher / Junior Associate, you will support the implementation, customization, and basic administration of Zoho applications (like Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho One apps) to help businesses streamline processes and improve customer interactions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with foundational Zoho knowledge looking to launch a career in cloud products and business automation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and customizing Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.
• Support creation and maintenance of workflows, modules, layouts, basic automations, and views.
• Help with data entry, import/export, and data quality checks within Zoho systems.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and help escalate more complex problems to senior team members.
• Collaborate with teams to understand simple business requirements and support solution delivery.
• Prepare reports and dashboards under guidance.
• Assist with user training and documentation for end users.
• Stay updated with new Zoho feature releases and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field) or equivalent internship experience.
• Understanding of any programming language, java Script and Database
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator through coursework, internships, or certifications is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
