About you
- Final-year Diploma or Degree students pursuing:
- Agronomy
- Crop Production
- Organic Agriculture
- Agricultural Extension
- or other related agricultural fields
- Applicants must:
- Be available for a continuous 3-month attachment
- Present a formal recommendation letter from your institution
Strong Added Advantages
- Training or certification in Organic Agriculture / Agroecology (KOAN, IFOAM, or other recognized institutions)
- Evidence of a school-based or personal demo plot, garden, or organic farm experiment
- Authentic content creation ability, including:
Responsibilities
- Taking clear farm photos or short videos
- Documenting demo plots, farmer experiences, or trainings
- Basic storytelling for social media, reports, or field updates (No perfection required—authentic, honest field content is valued)
- Interest and confidence in working with agrovets, including:
- Supporting agrovet attendants with product knowledge
- Farmer referrals through agrovet shops
- In-store demonstrations and farmer education
- Business development or sales exposure, such as:
- Farmer engagement and persuasion
- Basic marketing or selling experience
- Ability to explain agricultural products clearly and confidently
