Marketing and Events Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Events Intern who will help us grow our brand visibility, manage our social media presence, and support event planning (including the premiere of Love Sweet Sound). This is a hands-on role where creativity, organization, and initiative are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

• Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok).
• Develop creative content ideas (posts, reels, stories, newsletters).
• Research and suggest ways to grow audience engagement.
• Assist with press outreach and sponsor visibility.

Events Support

• Support in planning and organizing film premieres, screenings, and other company events.
• Coordinate event logistics (venue, guest lists, schedules, vendors).
• Assist with sponsor activations and audience engagement during events.
• Document events through photos, videos, or live updates.

Research & Strategy

• Research trends in film, branding, and marketing.
• Suggest partnerships, collaborations, and promotional opportunities.

Desired Skills & Attributes

• Strong interest in marketing, events, or communications.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite a plus).
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with initiative and enthusiasm.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months- 6 months  (Potential for a long-term role)
