Quotations Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Proposal & Pricing Accuracy – Check proposals quoted by the sales team and ensure all prices match supplier rates (accommodations, activities, park fees, jeep prices, flights, supplements)
2. Sales Team Support – Act as an information center for the sales team
3. Booking Management – Keep track of unpaid confirmed bookings
4. Itinerary Handling – Create and amend itineraries as required
5. Adjustments – Add supplements, surcharges, or discounts where needed
6. System Update – Ensure room configuration and pricing are correctly updated in the system.

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the travel industry, particularly in reservations, hotel bookings, or quotations.
3. Strong attention to detail with good organizational and analytical skills
4. Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge, including payment collection and cost verification.
5. Proficiency in reservation systems and software; knowledge of QuickBooks or similar tools is an advantage.
6. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
