RESERVATIONS OFFICER IN NAIROBI, KENYA

Key Responsibilities

1. Task Management – Manage tasks through the company working/task platform, ensuring timely reservations and follow-ups.
2. Flight Booking – Handle all bookings for both domestic and international flights and trains
3. System Updates– Enter and update all booking information on the company system.
4. Voucher Management – Follow up on booking vouchers and auto-release timelines.
5. Client Requests – Ensure clients’ special requests, especially for accommodation and room specifications, are accurate and fulfilled.
6. Guest Services – Make provisional bookings for guests across various services
7. Safari Coordination – Brief tour leaders before safari departures.

Qualifications

1. A Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tour Consulting, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Hospitality.
2. At least 2 years experience in the travel industry, particularly in reservations and/or hotel bookings/reservations.
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
4. Great communication skills both oral and written.
5. Proficient in reservation systems and software
