Indepth Research Institute is looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Executive (CSE) to join our growing commercial team in Nairobi.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about Customer Success, Account Management, and B2B Relationships, and who thrive in environments where client engagement, retention, and growth drive real organizational impact.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a strategic role in managing key client relationships across regional and international markets, ensuring satisfaction, delivering value, and identifying opportunities for long-term collaboration and growth.

You will work closely with decision-makers across sectors while supporting onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives that strengthen our client success strategy.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKKING FOR

  • 2+ years in a customer success or account management role
  • Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Procurement, Engineering, Agriculture, GIS, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
