The Role:
We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team as a Call Centre/Telesales Agent. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders are legitimate and coordinating with our dispatch team to guarantee timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Verification: Call and message customers to confirm order details and delivery locations.
Order Management: Update our internal tracking systems with real-time delivery statuses.
Customer Support: Resolve delivery-related queries or issues with a professional and helpful attitude.
Logistics Coordination: Work closely with riders and drivers to optimize delivery routes.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
