Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, calls and reservations.
- Support coordination between housekeeping, maintenance and reservations teams.
- Maintain accurate guest records and bookings.
- Ensure a warm, professional and welcoming guest experience at all times.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, organized and customer-focused.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of booking systems is an added advantage)
