ICT Webmaster and Digital Specialist

St. Josephs Technical institute for the deaf Nyang’oma is an integrated Public TVET accredited institution in Bondo Sub-County along Bondo – Kopolo – Wagusu Road, approximately 12 Kilometers from Bondo Town. The college is seeking to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following positions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain the organization’s website.
• Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor website performance, security , and functionality.
• Develop and implement digital solutions to enhance online services and user experience.
• Create and manage digital content for websites and online platforms.
• Design graphics, banners, and other digital media for communication and marketing purposes.
• Manage and maintain the organization’s social media platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content.
• Monitor social media engagement and analyze digital performance metrics.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Provide technical support for web and digital platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve website or digital platform issues.
• Support digital communication, marketing, and online campaigns.
• Research and implement new digital tools and technologies to improve organizational digital presence.
• Maintain digital assets, media libraries, and online resources.
• Performing any other duty as maybe assigned by your supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Computer science or an equivalent from a recognized Institution.
• At least two years of experience preferably in a learning Institution.
• Knowledge of Competency based education and training (CBET).
• Experience in videography and photography is an added advantage.
• Must have a valid Certificate of good conduct.
