As part of our strategic talent development agenda, we invite applications for our 2026 Graduate Trainee Program across our operations in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, DRC, South Sudan, and Somalia. The program offers structured development through hands-on experience, guided learning, and mentorship, equipping graduates with the skills and exposure required to grow into future leaders within the Group.

Program Overview

• Rotational assignments across key business functions

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (minimum Upper Second
• Class Honours or equivalent), or awaiting graduation
• Minimum B grade (or equivalent) at secondary level
• Nationals of the respective countries 25 years of age or below
