The successful candidate will support the maintenance and improvement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and related digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the company CRM
- Help Support CRM updates, customizations, and report generation
- Provide first-line support to staff on CRM-related issues
- Help document processes and create user guides
- Perform any other IT support tasks assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
Strong interest in CRM systems, databases, and business technology - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications
- Willingness to learn new systems quickly
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
