KPC PLC invites applications from graduates who completed their studies from 2020 onwards and hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma for its one-year internship programme.
The programme is designed to provide youth with an opportunity to gain practical skills and hands-on experience in their respective areas of specialization. Internship opportunities are available across various departments of the Company in the following disciplines:

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Kenyan citizens aged below 28 years.
- Applicants must have graduated from a recognized university from 2020 onwards.
