Fadhili Machinery is hiring a Finance Graduate Trainee.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and posting of accounting entries (journals, invoices, receipts, payments).
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
- Assist in processing statutory deductions (PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, VAT where applicable).
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA Part II/ACCA (or in progress) is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
