Fadhili Machinery is hiring an HR Graduate Trainee.
Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
- Maintain and update employee records (physical and HRIS systems)
- Assist in preparation of employment contracts and HR documents
- Support handling of employee queries and concerns
- Assist in identifying training needs
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops
- Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities
- Detailed Job description will be shared with the candidate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years)
- Basic knowledge of Kenyan labour laws is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Membership or student membership with IHRM Kenya is an added advantage
