QUALITY ASSURANCE & TECHNICAL LEAD – ENTRY LEVEL

NW REALITE PROPERTY & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT | NAIROBI

NW Realite Limited seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Technical Lead to support Repairs & Maintenance activities across our properties. Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you will assist with site inspections, vendor coordination, quality assurance, documentation, and project follow-through in a mentorship-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct site inspections and assist in preparing scopes of work and BoQs.
• Review vendor quotations, maintain records, and support vendor management.
• Monitor active sites to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resolve minor site issues.
• Maintain reports, QA records, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in process improvement and stay updated on industry practices.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 0-2 years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or facilities management
• Basic knowledge of BoQs, site supervision, and building codes
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
