Eastlands College of Technology (ECT), a project of the Strathmore Educational Trust, is inviting applications for the position of Marketing Intern to join its Marketing, Admissions & Communications team.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Donholm, Off Lunga Lunga Road)
Qualifications
- A Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and web content management systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content for the college website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities within the TVET sector.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Organize and participate in student recruitment events.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and local schools.
- Collaborate with academic departments to promote college programs and initiatives.
