PeopleLink Consultants Ltd is hiring a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRSENTATIVE

Responsibilities

  • Manage, process, and track customer and distributor orders from initial placement through to successful delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints, product inquiries, and delivery discrepancies efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with warehousing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate product dispatch timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer profiles, order histories, and feedback logs within the database.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term operational relationships with key accounts and distributors to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  1. 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or operations support role.
  2. Direct experience working within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Manufacturing industry is strictly required.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first attitude.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) and familiarity with order management or ERP systems.
  5. Strong multi-tasking and conflict-resolution abilities under high-volume, fast-paced conditions.
  6. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
