B&S Advisory and Consultancy is a a fast-growing professional services firm providing integrated advisory, consulting, assurance, and business support solutions to organizations across Kenya and the wider East African region. Current sectors served include security, health, education, logistics, and engineering services, with service lines spanning HR advisory, accounting & bookkeeping, payroll, tax & regulatory compliance, audit support, and business outsourcing.
This internship offers hands-on project exposure, mentorship, and an opportunity to build practical experience in a professional services environment.
OPEN SPECIALISATION TRACKS
We are recruiting for a single creative-focused internship. The successful candidate will support a range of design, branding, and digital communication needs across the firm.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong graphic design and visual content creation skills, with the ability to create social media posts, posters, simple brand assets, and campaign materials
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Figma etc., for creating and editing digital content
- Basic photo editing, image retouching, and layout design skills, including preparing visuals for both digital and print use
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy to produce clean, engaging, and on-brand creative work
- Familiarity with social media content formatting, basic video editing or motion graphics tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express, or Premiere Pro is an added plus
