Oracom Group is a leading Nairobi-based tech startup and digital solutions conglomerate. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative PA & Communications Assistant Intern to support executive operations, internal communication, brand communication, and administrative functions alongside our Senior PA.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and personal assistant support to management.
  • Monitor projects, track deadlines, maintain action logs. and follow up on deliverables.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and correspondence. -Manage company social media and digital communication channels
  • Support content creation for newsletters, blogs, website updates, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning events, meetings, training, and company activities.
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation systems. -Handle basic client and customer inquiries professionally.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented.
  • Digital marketing skills will be an added advantage.
