HR Administrator
Terms: 1 year contract
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR documentation
- Administer attendance, leave management and shift schedules
- Support payroll preparation by compiling and verifying employee data
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, organizational policies and procedures
- Coordinate staff training and performance management activities
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Commerce (HR Option).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HR practices.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years as an HR Assistant or Administrator.
- Exposure to employee records management, recruitment support, onboarding and leave administration.
- Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws is essential.
