ICT INTERNS
The job holder will be responsible for giving assurance to the Management and the Governing Council that the Institute's resources are optimally used and report on the risk management and ensure proper mitigation strategies are put in place to manage the risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
INTERN 1
- Network management and administration.
- Enterprise network security.
- System's performance optimization.
- ICT infrastructure and asset management,
- Servers and network resources administration and monitoring.
- Network and remote access management.
- Vendor and supplier management
INTERN 2
- Systems administration.
- Software development with a bias on Microsoft Dynamics Navision
- System analysis and design.
- Cross functional collaboration.
- User requirements elicitation.
- User capacity building and system use optimization.
- Technical and user support.
- Applications customization and process/systern integration.
- Process automation and adoption of new ICT technologies.
- Database management.
- Project management.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, BBIT, Computer Science or equivalent from a recognised institution
- Industry certifications will be an added advantage.
- Six (6) months experience or Diploma with at least 1-year hands-on experience
