We are seeking ambitious, innovative, and adaptable graduates to join our Management Trainee Programme in the following disciplines:
PROCESS PRODUCTION
Brief: Build your expertise in sugar manufacturing processes, quality control, and laboratory operations.
What you'll do:
- Support the operation of sugar processing equipment.
- Monitor and optimize production parameters.
- Assist quality control teams in daily analysis and lab testing.
- Maintain quality assurance records.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
What we're looking for:
- BSc Industrial Chemistry / Diploma Chemical Engineering
- Degree in Food Science, Sugar Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bottom line: You're the brain behind the process. If numbers drift, you catch it before it becomes a problem.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Brief: Develop practical engineering skills in plant maintenance, optimization, and technical support.
What you'll do:
- Assist in maintenance, repair, and installation of plant equipment.
- Analyze performance data to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Support technical reporting, analysis, and presentations.
- Participate in mechanical systems design and optimization.
- Work under mentorship from senior engineers.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of engineering standards and best practices.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

COGEN ENGINEERING
Brief: Learn the operation and maintenance of boilers, turbines, and related power systems.
What you'll do:
- Support operation and monitoring of boilers, turbines, conveyors, and fuel systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing boiler system faults.
- Maintain maintenance records.
- Promote adherence to safety standards.
- Participate in management development and supervisory training.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of boiler operation regulations.
- Certification in boiler maintenance and operation is an added advantage.
