We're recruiting an Human Resource Management. Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition on behalf of our client, a leading Human Resource Consultancy.

Location: Likoni Road, Nairobi

This isn't your typical internship. You'll gain practical experience in:

• HR Outsourcing
• Payroll Administration
• Corporate Training
• Background Checks
• Client Relationship Management
• Business Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous internship or practical experience in HR, recruitment, customer service, or administration.
• Good understanding of Human Resource Management principles.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to prepare professional reports and documents.
• Familiarity with Linkedin, online job portals, and social media recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Good internet research skills.
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency or HR consultancy.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Linkedin and online job portals.

Monthly Stipend: Ksh. 20,000 Plus Performance-Based Recruitment Commissions for successful placements you actively support.
