PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR – 2 POSITIONS

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to our Director. The ideal candidate will be a fast-thinking problem solver who can anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and maintain absolute confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Diary & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, arrange appointments, and prepare meeting venues.
- Travel Coordination: Organize detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, transport, and accommodation.
- Communication Handling: Screen phone calls, manage email correspondence, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Document & Data Preparation: Draft professional correspondence, handle filing, and prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Administrative Operations: Oversee day-to-day office systems, assist with expense tracking, and run business errands as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, Communication, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 2-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Administrator.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalis
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
