About the Role
ManyMangoes is seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Outreach Intern to support outbound prospecting campaigns across multiple client accounts. In this role, you will assist with initiating conversations, maintaining engagement with prospective clients, and ensuring outreach activities are executed accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of outbound outreach campaigns across assigned accounts.
- Initiate and maintain professional conversations with prospective clients.
- Assist in nurturing leads and re-engaging existing contacts where appropriate.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and interactions.
- Follow established messaging frameworks while adapting communication based on responses.
- Monitor conversations to ensure timely follow-up and consistent engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance.
- Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
