Browns Plantations tea estates in Kenya are a leading producer and exporter of premium Kenyan tea, committed to sustainable farming practices, upholding human rights, environmental stewardship, and community empowerment.
At Browns Plantations in Kenya (Browns Plantations Kenya Limited and Browns Plantations East Africa PLC), we are proud to play a part in that journey by providing approximately 475 industrial attachment opportunities annually across our operations.
Each year, we offer approximately:

✅75 industrial attachment opportunities at Browns East Africa Plantations PLC
We believe industrial attachment is far more than an academic requirement. It is where theory meets practice: helping students build technical competence, develop professional confidence, and gain valuable exposure to the realities of the workplace.
Requirements:
- Application letter requesting for industrial attachment; clearly indicating the field of interest.
- Introduction letter from the school confirming the Degree or Diploma or certificate course that the student is pursuing and that they are due for attachment (must be continuing students).
- Valid student’s insurance cover.
- Valid National Identification Document (ID), KRA pin and other statutory documents.
