Role Overview.
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable physical and virtual server environments. This hands-on role involves overseeing storage solutions, virtualization platforms, and data backup processes while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless, secure, and highly available infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities.

• Design, build, and manage server environments, including physical and virtual servers.
  Administer and troubleshoot server operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows).
• Manage server hardware, including servers from various vendors.
• Design, configure, and manage storage solutions, including SANs and NASs.
  Implement and manage storage zoning, LUN provisioning, and volume management.
• Troubleshoot storage-related issues.
• Manage data backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Plan, deploy, and administer virtual environments using virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
• Manage and optimize virtual machines.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the infrastructure.
• Required Skills & Experience.
  Strong understanding of server hardware, operating systems, virtualization technologies, storage solutions, and backup systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams.
• Ability to learn new technologies and complete relevant certifications as required.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with System integration companies.
• Experience with specific server and storage vendors (e.g., Dell, IBM, NetApp) and virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware, Microsoft, Dell, CommVault, Veeam, AWS, HPE) are an added advantage.
