Zenith Steel Fabricators are hiring a Junior Steel Detailer (CAD Technician) in Isinya.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering, Drafting or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of structural steel fabrication is an advantage.
- Exposure to Tekla Structures, CNC cutting or nesting is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fabrication and workshop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Produce shop drawings, material schedules and CNC-ready files.
- Assist with material nesting to optimise steel utilisation.
- Support Engineering and Production teams throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure drawings meet quality and project standards.
